C-Core Medical products are manufactured with the highest level of quality. Our quality begins with our vendor partners and continues throughout the manufacturing process.

In an effort to save cost many manufacturers will cut corners by cutting out multiple patterns then pressing the patterns together. The issue is that this method can create “pockets” in and around the aperture of the drape. These pockets can create space for possible trapping or pooling of bodily fluids.

The C-Core Medical product line is manufactured in a higher quality single stamp manner. The fabrics are glued together before stamping the pattern. This creates a fused seam that is consistent around the entire aperture. This is subtle difference that illustrates our commitment to quality manufacturing and not just cost.
